Olde England corporate Event at Longleat House
The 10 piece band played Purcell's Rondo and the famous music from Abdelnazar as people came in tio the house. 2 flutes played in the library and 2 violins played...
The band played background music while drinks were being served, from the foot of the stairs which floated through the whole house. There were Shakespearean songs with a soprano and theorbo, and a bassoon sonata. there was a concert at the end of the evening with extracts from Handel's Water Music (after dinner).
Bradford Baroque Band often breaks into smaller groups to provide music and atmosphere in different parts of a house at the same time.
